Yesterday I stopped into a Chipotle near my home. It was staffed completely by Spanish-speaking immigrants, though the cashier spoke English too. My guess is more than one of the workers would have a hard time showing documentation. A number of years ago another Chipotle got caught in a raid and their entire staff was taken away so they had to close until they could hire more people. I am expecting to see a repeat of this soon.
