While you are justified in pointing out the atrocities of the communist (not democratic socialist) governments like Stalin and Mao, you do not include the slaughters committed in the name of capitalism — the slaughter of African and African-American slaves (free labor), the genocide committed against Native Americans (free land), the silent slaughter of workers in unsafe sweatshops, the union organizers who were murdered for defending workers rights, and the silent deaths of those who could have lived if they had medical insurance but didn’t due to corporate greed. I might also add the deaths of American soldiers who were sent overseas to fight wars for the capitalists and their dreams of global conquest.
