What are the respective degrees in? I don't know how much faith I would put in someone with a PhD in ethnically-equitable childrens literature in harmony with nature. You are assuming skills and knowledge simply because of a degree and denigrating the skills of someone with a lesser degree. The PhD tells you almost nothing of a person's abilities and skills. I am not anti-education (18 credits beyond a masters), but I have known a lot of PhD's that would struggle changing a flat.
