We listen to respond, not to hear. Sometimes I even get an earful from people who are ON THE SAME SIDE as me, just because they didn't read my entire post and flew off the handle. We are all so ready to jump down each other's throats that sometimes we even go off on people feel the same as we do. Our tempers are on a hair trigger.
