Time waits for no one and it only moves in one direction. I know it is cliche to say the only constant is change, but that is true. If you stand still, the world passes you by. Loss is inevitable, but so is gain. I have had plenty of both in my 65 years, and I know there is more coming. If I could speak to my 33 year old self, I would tell him to relax. Everything is going to be OK.
