This has been true for about every Mac I’ve ever bought. When I bought my Apple IIe, I found out later I should have waited for the Apple IIgs. When I bought my Mac LCII, I found out later I should have waited and bought the Mac LCIII. Now, having just purchased my new M1 MacBook Air, I’m told I should have waited. It’s enough to make me swallow hot coals and throw myself off a tall bridge.
