If Manchin was a Republican and refused to vote with his party, they would primary him and get him out of the senate unless he complied. The Dems? They seem weak-willed and spineless. Biden should call Manchin to the White House and tell him if he doesn't vote with the party, they will support his opponent in the next election, even if it is a Republican.
