They will be Biden's excuse for getting little done. That is for sure. The irony is Biden is more like Manchin and Sinema than he is like, say, Bernie Sanders. The Dems, by courting what they see as the middle, have bogged down. Manchin and Sinema have out-Bidened Biden.
