There are 2 questions the Dems don't seem to want to deal with. (1) Why has their leadership failed to inspire large numbers of voters to turn out? and (2) What are they doing to energize the other side? Gerrymandering plays role in all this, but the Dems can't just keep blaming that when they elect lackluster leaders like Biden who have a timid agenda.
