The problem is that school don't teach. Teachers teach, and teachers can't teach what they don't know. How can I, a person who grew up in the 1960s and 1970s possibly prepare a young person for life in the 2030s? I have no idea what to prepare them for. This is not new. In the late 1800s educator and author Henry Adams bemoaned the same things in his autobiography "The Education of Henry Adams."
