The Perfect Launchpad for COVID-19

If you want to infect as many as possible, here is how to do it

If I was tasked to create the perfect launchpad from which to disseminate the COVID-19 virus to infect as many people as possible, here is how I would do it.

The first thing I would need is a room with very little airflow so that once the virus was introduced, it had nowhere to go. This would require limited window openings and no air conditioning. If there were fans present, they should simply blow the air that is in the room around so that everyone became exposed if the virus was present. The people in the room would be denied access to cold water so they became thirsty and would possibly share water bottles.

The second thing I would need is a group of people who had to be there, as required by law. This would ensure a predictable number of subjects each day. These people would be unvaccinated with no intention of becoming vaccinated. They also would either refuse to wear a mask or would wear one around their chin. These people would also not socially distance themselves. They should like to touch, poke, push, and jostle each other. The more they touch, the better.

Finally, this group of people, after spending all day in such a room with each other, would be released into the community where they would come in contact with other people, especially older ones for long periods of time. This might involve eating meals with them or possibly even sleeping in the same room.

If the launch today was unsuccessful, we could try again tomorrow.

Welcome to my classroom.
