…obably for good now, and that’s great: That’s the sort of “hey, it’s your choice” I can get behind. But we no longer have to immediately start thinking the worst about someone from the minute we see them, because they’re not wearing a mask, any longer. It won’t fix everything. It won’t bring us all back together. But you know: It’s a start.

The numbers are dropping dramatically, and yet only slightly more than 50% of the US population is fully vaccinated. I think something else is going on here. Sure the vaccines are helping a lot, but I suspect this virus is starting to die out on its own, outside of the vaccine.
