The mandate is all about 2022 and 2024. Biden needs to look strong, and right now he doesn't. He needs to look in charge, and right now he doesn't. There is so much missing data on the vaccines and the infection rates that I can't believe anyone would swallow his line. BIden wants believers and obeyers, not thinkers and questioners.
