Spot on. The U.S. was born bad. It was built on stolen land with slave labor, and it's gone downhill from there. I am reminded of what Lyndon Johnson said about Vietnam. He said "I feel like a jackass caught in a Texas hail storm. I can't run. I can't hide. And I can't make it stop." That sums up what living in the U.S. is like.
