Some men are simply unable to let their guard down, show some vulnerability, and admit their emotional attachment to the person they love. So instead they resort to lockerroom talk because it makes them and the guys they're talking to feel more secure. I have had few male friends in my lifetime. Most guys are just plain damaged.
