My son lives in downtown Los Angeles with 3 other guys and they each pay well over $1000 per month. He pays slightly less for his share of the rent than I do for my 4-acre farm with a pond and stream. He has great restaurants and night life. I have peace and quiet (and fireflies on summer nights.)
