Across the street is Target, which pays $15 to start. Down the road is Chipotle, which pays $15 to start. Walmart too pays $15 to start. A short distance from the store is Costco, which pays $16 to start. This place not only has the lowest starting wage, but doesn'[t even offer an employee discount. This is probably the last place people apply, and a large majority who are hired leave after just a few weeks.
