I've seen a lot of people come and go. It's easy to stay when things are going well. It's when you have a not-so-great month that it gets challenging to keep going. I gave a couple of talks last year on Medium Day, and my main message is to play the long game. There are no shortcuts or secrets to gaming the algorithm.
