It' s all about control and the complete lack of trust for you to do your job without anyone looking over your shoulder. Our school was remote last year and we had more damn meetings about more damn nonsense than I want to recall. This year we are forced into the COVID petrie dish they call a classroom and guess what? Hardly any meetings.
