I work for Milwaukee Public Schools and we will be virtual for the opening of school. We use Google Classroom, and while the learning curve will be great to begin with, I feel confident we will get this done right once the dust settles. My heart goes out to those districts that are going to start out with face-to-face instruction. They will be unprepared and online within a month of opening, and will be scrambling to catch up. With 97,000 kids testing positive in the last 2 weeks of July alone, our country isn't even close to being ready to open for face-to-face instruction.
