I watched Simpson play football when I was in high school and perform in the car commercials, etc after that. He had charm and charisma, but then so did Ted Bundy. I never thought for a moment he was innocent. There was never a shred of evidence produced that showed another person on the property that day - no unidentified fingerprints, no unknown footprints, no unfamiliar tire tracks, nothing. His acquittal was simply payback for all those white people who lynched Blacks in the south and were acquitted by an all-white jury of their relatives.
