I understand why people feel like that. I do think there needs to be more than 9 justices, and I do not think they should be appointed for life. I would like to see them appointed for 10 year terms, staggered. That way every president would appoint 1 or more, and there would be a little more accountability. I mean Clarence Thomas has been on the court for 31 years amd could be there 10 more. That is ridiculous.
