I teach in an inner city high school where the student population is 100% African-American. A student asked me what Barack Obama ever did for her. I thought for a moment and to be honest, I couldn't think of anything except some bullshit answer about breaking the color barrier, etc. Obama clearly is the Booker T. of our times.
