I see this all the time on a lot of people's pages. Sometimes the clone is exact. Other times the name is 1 letter off. They all tell you to go to WhatsApp or Telegram. My guess is they are trying to scam people with crypto. I wish Medium had had a way to prevent these accounts from being created.
