I "quiet quit" several decades ago, which is how I managed to make it 36 years as a classroom teacher. I have limited sympathy for those teachers who work 70-80 hours a week and then complain about it. Just stop. S-T-O-P. it is all just guilt-ridden nonsense. You are 100% correct on all this.
