I never really had to quiet quit because I mostly didn't put up with that BS to begin with. I am a strong believer that we teach people how to treat us by what we are willing to put up with. I have literally stood up in meetings that ran too long and packed my stuff. when time was up. I don't answer emails when I am off. Making calls after hours? LOL. No way. I caught on to their schtik a long time ago.
