I know what I would do. I would tell my sons (I have one who is 24) that if he wants to live with a woman like an adult, they will need to support themselves the way adults do. Sometimes that means waiting. Familiarity breeds contempt, and if they all live with you, you could end up damaging those relationships for many years to come. I would tell them both no.
