I had not heard about this, but I am not surprised. There is a growing two-way intolerance when it comes to discussing race. One slip, one disagreement, one differing opinion, and someone gets clobbered with the R-word (racist) or is called "tone-deaf" or is accused of speaking from their "privilege" and is excommunicated from all further discussion. No good will come from this kind of intolerance.
