I get what you are saying, but using the phrase “back to work” implies that we weren’t working. As a teacher, I actually spent MORE time working than I would in a classroom. I also spent LESS time with discipline and other non-teaching tasks. I never felt disengaged from my co-workers or students. Not even a little.
