I am sure the plans are already made. The laws are already written and waiting to be introduced. Conversations are probably already taking place about which judges will handle the appeals to ensure the laws are upheld. Lists of enemies are being compiled. The question is whether the American people will allow it to play out. Nazism played out in Germany because the people lacked the backbone to stop it.
