I am against the NRA and I hate how many guns are out there, but I have owned one since I was a kid. I was in the Army. I have hunted and love target shooting. You are 100% correct - taking a gun safety class is critical to keeping you and your family safe. There have been so many needless and preventable deaths from people who didn't know how to handle a gun properly.
