I am a boomer, albeit on the tail end (1958). "We" were right depends on which "we" you are talking about. There were plenty of boomers who were for the Vietnam War, against civil rights, and the like. My contention is that it is time for the 70+ crowd to step aside. They are out of ideas. and have been for some time.
