I agree with what you wrote. Biden is not responsible for COVID or for inflation. He's not responsible for Ukraine either. The question then is this: what is he responsible for? What has been his administration's biggest achievement to date? Most people are unaware of any accomplishments that affect them directly. With 6 months to go before the elections, Biden better do something to make the common voter take notice. So far he really hasn't.
