Hang in there. Don't stop writing. I was on Medium for over a year before I had anything go remotely viral. Since April I have seen numbers that make me feel hopeful - finally cracking 1000 views, getting the bonus, etc. But that was after a year of articles that had 45 view, 18 reads, and paid out $1.35.
