Excellent points. I have reached a point where I simply won't listen to or tell any kind of joke or make any kind of remark that is a put-down of someone based on their race or ethnicity. Race and ethnicity is such a tinderbox in our society now that using racial humor is like casting sparks into the tinderbox to see if anything catches fire. Racial humor is funny, and that is in and of itself NOT funny.
