Cherry picking what goes into insurance premiums is tricky territory. Smoking, obesity, and diet all matter too, as does the number of miles a person drives or where they live. What about age? I would go slow with this one. And if a person doesn't have health insurance, like 30 million Americans, what effect would it have on them?
