Calculators Are Dangerous in the Wrong Hands
Here is what happens when I get ahold of one
I confess. I’ve been at it again. I’ve been playing with my calculator, even though I swore I would stop doing that after the last time.
I am the kind of person who should not be allowed near a calculator. When I am near one, I start figuring things out that are probably best left unfigured out. When I share my findings, I am sometimes met with astonishment, and sometimes with a yawn. But I’ve been at it again. Proceed with caution, as your eyes cannot “unsee” what lies ahead.

Large Numbers and Big Words
When someone talks about $1 million, I am lost. I can’t even imagine what it would look like or what it could buy. I’ve never been near $1 million. As numbers grow, they mean less and less to me. Using large numbers has the same effect on people as using large words. People get that glossed-over look and pretend like they know what you are talking about when they don’t.
