Bravo! This sounds like something I could have written. After a lackluster first year, I got the bonus in April, and another in May. My views, reads and payments have shot up dramatically. And now here I sit, checking my stats. I have to keep reminding myself why I am doing this - to write, to encourage and support others, and to have fun!
