Almost all of the students I teach are unvaccinated and almost all take their masks off every chance they get. If there is a community spread at my school, it will come from the students, not the staff. There is also the question of religious exemptions. If religious exemptions are not made, the lawsuits will cost schools a lot of money. There isn't an easy way out. While vaccinating teachers sounds like it will solve the problem, I don't believe it will. I don't believe it will even come close.
