Agreed. Organic is a tricky term, and it extends to plant-based foods as well. Then there is the argument whether a GMO food can be organic, as well as international standards of “organic.” (I.e. are those organic bananas really organic?). We have a small organic farm and raise as much of our own produce as we can, and buy our meat as locally sourced as possible. We do the best we can.
