A restaurant only rips me off once. They never get a second chance. And I am done with guilt tips - paying 20% for average or poor service because it is expected. For Pete's sake, why should I pay someone $20 to carry a couple plates of food 20 feet to my table? Isn't that what they are supposed to do? For that price I'll go to the damn counter and get it myself. The hospitality industry is becoming very inhospitable.
